Silver or Gold-fill with citrine drop. Gold-fill can last a lifetime unlike gold-plating which wears down to expose the metal underneath. It is a 14k gold overlay made by heat and pressure-bonding the layer to a brass core. Citrine is a golden-hued stone long associated with self-esteem, abundance and relaxation.
