Shortly after ordering, you will receive an email confirming order details. When your order ships out, you will receive an email with shipment information. Your email provider may redirect or block these notifications so please add our domain to your safe senders list and check your junk folder to help ensure receipt of order information. 

shipping costs + methods

:: We calculate shipping based on real-time USPS/FedEx rates. Small and medium items are usually $5-$7 while larger    items are normally $7-$12 for standard shipping method.
:: Standard shipping is available to the continental US. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska must select expedited shipping.
:: Calliope uses FedEx, UPS and USPS, depending on the item, to ship orders.
:: We usually ship out same-day (possibly next business day) orders received by 10a ET. (Exceptions: federal    holidays/office closings, when inaccurate shipping/billing information is received, or if otherwise specified.)    
:: Select items (e.g. made-to-order) require additional processing time for production. See product page for specific times. :: To estimate delivery date: processing time + shipping time.
:: For info on extended holidays (e.g. winter holidays) and closings, check home page/blog/Facebook.
:: Please contact us if you need to place an order with Premium-Expedited or Overnight shipping.

returns

Everything on this site has made someone happy. There is something for everyone, which makes these items great "any time" gifts. We want you to be just as happy!

You may return or exchange the item according to the following guidelines.  

:: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it, unless otherwise notified.

:: Contact us so we can provide a return address and authorization for your specific item. We recommend doing this
   the week of order delivery to ensure a timely return. If you email within that period and do not hear back from us within 1    business day, please call in case your email didn't go through.

:: Repack the item securely and include the packing slip so we know to reference the return with your order. 
:: Returns must be unused and in original, resaleable condition with original product tags/box/bag intact, including all    
   parts as originally packaged and instructional/safety inserts.

:: For your security, return the item with an insured courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS Insured) and retain the receipt the    courier gives you so you can contact them in case something happens to your return in transit. We are not responsible    for returns lost or damaged in transit.

:: Authorized returns of larger items (e.g. furniture): refund is purchase price minus original (outbound) S&H.
:: Damages: If the item is damaged on its way to you, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Retain all       packaging (product and shipment) in case the courier needs to see it to confirm damage in transit and validate returns.

:: Non-refundable: shipping, final sale items, special orders, foods, personalized printed products, and samples.

:: December Holidays : for returns of gift orders placed 11/15-12/21, contact us by 1/8 for receipt of return by 1/25. For    damages, see above.
